In my UX design case study, I created a mobile application for Northern Xscape Rentals, a fictional company specializing in jet ski and snowmobile adventures. The goal was to enhance their online booking experience and improve customer engagement. Through extensive research, user interviews, and competitor analysis, I identified pain points and user preferences. Leveraging this insight, I created a high-fidelity prototype for their mobile app, featuring a streamlined booking process, interactive maps for location selection, and visually appealing images showcasing their thrilling excursions. The result was a user-centric design that not only simplified the booking process but also elevated the brand’s online presence, ultimately leading to improved customer satisfaction and increased reservations for Northern Xscape Rentals.
